Who is MVP?

MVP is the premiere source for aftermarket parts for sweepers, scrubbers and personnel carriers.  We specialize in making it fast and easy for equipment dealers and service centers to get OEM quality, drop-in replacement parts at a cost savings.

 

 

What does MVP stock?

MVP specializes in carrying the fastest moving parts for popular models for brands such as: Advance, Tennant, American Lincoln, Castex/Nobles, Clarke, Factory Cat, Kent, Minuteman, N.S.S., Powerboss, Windsor, Cushman, Taylor Dunn and many others.  Our inventory of high-wear items for these lines is very strong and will allow you to get parts quickly and save money.  These would include parts such as: brushes and brooms, squeegees, vacuum motors, filters, hoses, casters, belts, bearings, switches, vacuum bags and more!

 

Our inventory of brushes, brooms and squeegees is one of the largest in North America!  Our coverage definitely stands out on these high wear items!  We are adding parts to our system on a daily basis, so if what you are looking for is not currently stocked, it may be soon!

 

 

How does MVP know what to stock?

MVP brings parts into stock based on customer demand.  That includes things like quotes, sales, customer usage information and inventory lists.  We combine all of this data together to identify the parts that are the most needed by our distributors.  Our goal is to spend our time sourcing the parts that they really need…not just what we might guess they would need.

 

 

Does MVP have a minimum order charge?

No.  MVP will ship one $3 squeegee if that is all you need…without penalty or up-charge!

 

 

What is MVP’s cut off time for shipping?

All stocked items are shipped the same day the order is placed right up to our 5:00 EST cut-off.

 

 

How are parts shipped?

All parts are shipped via UPS unless special shipping is specified.  We will always try to accommodate whenever possible. 

 

 

What if I do not have part numbers for the items I need?

MVP has extensive experience looking up part numbers for our customers over the last 25 years!  Feel free to email, call or use our website to communicate with our customer service team and they will be happy to help you find what you need! 

 

 

How do I order from MVP?

On the web: www.mor-value.com – this gets you instant access to all our inventory and pricing!

On the phone: call MVP at 1-800-870-0687.  Select option #1 if you already have part numbers and would like to get pricing and availability or to place an order.  Select option #2 if you do not have part numbers and are in need of parts look-up assistance.

 

 

What if I have to return something to MVP?

Prior to sending anything back, either call MVP to request an RGA or go to www.mor-value.com and go to the bottom of the page to request an RGA.  Having your packing slip or invoice available will help speed the process.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

 

While SPECIAL ORDERS are placed on a non-returnable basis, we work with our vendors closely to accept back SPECIAL ORDER parts whenever possible.  Restocking fees on returnable SPECIAL ORDER parts will vary (based on OEM) and may exceed MVP’s normal 20% fee.
